Earlier in my career I managed jewelry stores around the Chicago suburbs and moved to Fresno California area wondering what to do. After becoming a gemologist and working as an appraiser, I asked myself what would I do if I worked from home? And viola, picked Equine items as my knitch. In 1997 I began finding products to sell to an online community and at horse shows.
Norwegian Fjord Ponies
I happen to be an avid Fjord Pony person as my father was a breeder. So, I started with items geared around a fun Fjord community at /fjordpony.com. In 2003, at the San Francisco Gift Show I found the first release of the Trail of Painted Ponies Collection (TOPP). They are numbered collectibles which makes them more valuable.
My 1000+ customers wait for new ponies and receive my newsletters introducing updates and new releases. Then they ride back to my site for their next favorites. I know from my years in retail that customer service is very important, and I treat each customer with the personal care that I would like.
Because the TOPP releases figurines many times a year, I take PREORDERS. When the Limited Edition (LE) ponies arrive, the lower numbered ponies go to the people on my list in order of the date they reserved. All the ponies are opened and checked and put in order low to high. An example of their numbers is 1E/0215. Representing the 1st Edition, 215th of 10,000 which may be made. 2E/—- would be 2nd Edition, etc. To date there have been 60 Releases of figurines produced and a Christmas release every year.

That way you know it’s me. Sometimes it is hard to do packaged deals on Ebay so if you can email me the ones you would like, I’ll tweek the prices according to how deep my inventory is.
