30 Day Return policy
Overview
My refund and returns policy is under the condition that the pony number is the same as the one you purchased from me. Email me first and let me know, then return it for a refund (if it is in same condition) or exchange for a pony you’d like. I will refund the cost of the pony, minus shipping if you decide you don’t want the pony. Return shipping is also covered by the Buyer.
IF the item is broken or defective, please email me and attach a picture. I will help you with the best solution for you.
Credit Card Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Also check your Spam Folder for any correspondence from me.

Holiday Gifts
If the item was purchased during the Holiday Season you can return after the Holiday. I work with my customers as I would like to be served. So tell me what happened and I’ll help.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to my address on the label.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the pony was defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
